Terms of Service

Last updated: October 4, 2026.

1. Acceptance of Terms

Krochello is a trade name of Krekovic & Company, LLC, a Florida business (“Krochello,” “we,” or “us”). By using this website, requesting a preview, or purchasing our services, you agree to these terms with Krekovic & Company, LLC, doing business as Krochello. If you are agreeing on behalf of a business, you confirm you have authority to do so. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or our services.

2. Our Services

Krochello designs and builds websites for small businesses, then hosts, maintains, and supports them. We also offer an optional Local SEO add-on for websites we build and host. Features and pricing are described on our Services, Pricing, and Local SEO pages, which form part of these terms.

3. Free Preview

We may build a preview of your website at no cost and with no obligation. To build it, we may use your business name, logo, photos, text, and other information that you provide or that is publicly available about your business. You confirm that you have the right to provide anything you give us.

A preview is private and is not published to the public. If you do not purchase a plan, we will delete your preview and the materials we collected for it within 90 days, and we will not use them for any other purpose. A preview is a proposal, and the final website may differ from it.

4. Plans, Fees, and Billing

Krochello offers three website plans: Annual ($1,490, billed once a year), Standard ($149 per month on a 1-year agreement), and Flexible ($199 per month, no contract). No website plan has a setup fee. Each plan includes a custom-built website, hosting, domain connection, ongoing maintenance and security updates, and support.

By subscribing, you authorize us, through Stripe, to charge your payment method for the plan you choose and for any add-on you select, on the schedule for that plan, until you cancel in accordance with these terms. Payments are processed by Stripe, and we do not receive or store your full card or bank details. Prices do not include taxes, if any apply.

We may change prices for future billing periods by giving you at least 30 days’ notice. If a payment fails, we may retry it, and we may suspend your website until the balance is paid, after notifying you.

Website updates. Once your website is live, we include up to 2 small changes per month at no charge — limited to correcting your business’s address, phone number, email address, or similar typographical errors. Additional requests of this kind in the same month, and any other type of change (such as new content, photos, pages, design, or functionality), are billed per our current rates, available on request or on our Services page.

5. Term, Renewal, and Cancellation

  • Annual: covers one year and is billed once, upfront. It renews for another year unless you cancel at least 30 days before the renewal date.
  • Standard: is a 1-year agreement billed monthly. It automatically renews for successive 12-month terms unless you cancel at least 30 days before the end of the current term. If you cancel before the end of a term, payments already made are not refunded and monthly payments remain due through the end of that term.
  • Flexible: has no contract. You may cancel at any time, and cancellation takes effect at the end of the billing period you have paid for.

To cancel, contact us through the contact form. We will confirm your cancellation in writing.

6. Local SEO Add-On

Local SEO is an optional add-on for websites built and hosted by Krochello. It is billed separately from your website plan and is a separate commitment from it. Essentials is $149 per month with a 3-month minimum, then month-to-month. Growth is $349 per month and Premier is $799 per month, each with a 6-month minimum, then month-to-month. When Local SEO is added to the Annual website plan, it is billed once a year at ten times the monthly rate (Essentials $1,490, Growth $3,490, Premier $7,990) and covers 12 months. The services included in each level are described on our Local SEO page.

A one-time setup fee applies to Local SEO, equal to one month of the level chosen ($149 for Essentials, $349 for Growth, $799 for Premier). It is waived when Local SEO is added during your initial website purchase and applies when added later.

Changing levels. When you move up to a higher Local SEO level, you pay only the difference between the two setup fees. If your setup fee was waived because you added Local SEO during your initial website purchase, moving up is free, as long as your Local SEO has stayed active. If you cancel Local SEO and add it again later, the setup fee for your new level applies. You may move down a level, with no setup fee, after the minimum term of your current level ends; that minimum is measured from when you started that level.

Local SEO depends on access you give us, such as to your Google Business Profile, which remains yours.

We do not guarantee any particular search ranking, traffic level, or business result from Local SEO or any other service. Search results are controlled by third parties such as Google.

7. Refunds

Because you can see a working preview of your website before you pay, payments are non-refundable, except where required by law. You may cancel at any time to stop future billing, subject to the terms of your plan above. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us first so we can correct it.

8. Ownership and Licenses

  • What you own: your business name, logo, text, photos, and other materials that you provide, and your domain name. We do not claim ownership of them.
  • What we own: the design, code, layouts, templates, and technical work we create for your website, and the Krochello name and marks. While your plan is active, we give you a license to use your website for your business.
  • If you cancel: we will stop hosting your website at the end of your paid period, and your license to use it ends. You keep your content and your domain, and we will help you point your domain elsewhere. On request, we may make a copy of your website available for a fee.
  • You give us permission to use your materials to build, host, and maintain your website and, for Local SEO, to manage your online listings.

9. Marketing and Case Studies

Once your website is live, you agree that we may reference your business name and showcase your website — including screenshots, before-and-after comparisons, and a general description of the work we performed — in our own marketing materials, website, portfolio, case studies, and social media.

We will not attribute a direct quote, review, or testimonial to you without your separate permission each time. If you would prefer we not feature your website this way, let us know in writing and we will honor that request going forward.

10. Your Responsibilities

You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of the information and materials you provide, including any claims, licenses, pricing, and testimonials shown on your website. You confirm that you own or have permission to use everything you give us. You agree not to use your website for anything unlawful, deceptive, harmful, or infringing, and we may remove content or suspend a website that does. Please respond to our requests in a timely way, because delays may delay your launch.

11. Hosting, Availability, and Backups

We host your website on third-party infrastructure and work to keep it available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may perform maintenance or make changes that briefly affect availability. We do not guarantee backups of your content, so please keep your own copies of anything important.

12. Accessibility

We build websites with the goal of meeting WCAG 2.1 Level AA accessibility guidelines. We do not warrant that any website will satisfy a particular legal standard or that it will remain free of accessibility issues, particularly after you or others add or change content. You are responsible for the accessibility of content you add, such as descriptive text for images.

13. Third-Party Services and Links

Our services rely on third parties such as Stripe, Cloudflare, Resend, and Google. This site may also link to websites we don’t control, such as client project examples. We aren’t responsible for the services, content, or practices of those third parties.

14. No Guarantee of Results

Engaging Krochello to design or build a website does not guarantee specific business outcomes, such as search engine rankings, traffic, leads, or sales.

15. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the extent permitted by law, our website and services are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

16. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Krochello is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost profits, revenue, or data, arising from the use of this website or our services. Our total liability for any claim relating to our services is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.

17. Indemnification

You agree to defend and hold harmless Krochello and Krekovic & Company, LLC from claims, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from the materials you provide, your website’s content, or your violation of these terms or of any law or third-party right.

18. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or end your services if you breach these terms, if payments are not made, or if your website is used unlawfully. You may cancel as described in these terms. Sections that by their nature should survive termination, including ownership, marketing and case study rights, payment obligations, disclaimers, liability limits, and indemnification, will continue to apply.

19. General

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, and any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Pinellas County, Florida. These terms, together with the pages they reference, are our entire agreement with you. If any part is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. You may not assign these terms without our consent. We are not responsible for delays caused by events outside our reasonable control.

20. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time, and we will give existing customers reasonable notice of material changes. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continuing to use our services after a change means you accept it.
