Overview

Krochello is a trade name of Krekovic & Company, LLC. This policy explains what information we collect through this website, how it is used, and the choices you have.

Information We Collect

We collect information you choose to provide through this site:

  • Contact form: your name, business name, email address, phone number, current website address, and the contents of your message.
  • Checkout: your name, business name, email address, phone number, your domain name, the plan and any Local SEO add-on you choose, and the time you accepted our terms.
  • Record of your agreement: when you accept our terms at checkout, we record the time, your IP address, your browser type, and the text you agreed to, so we can show what was agreed if there is ever a question.
  • Payment details: entered directly on Stripe’s secure payment page. Krochello does not see or store your full card or bank account number.

Our hosting provider also automatically logs standard technical information (such as IP address and browser type) for security and performance purposes, as is common for any website.

How We Use Information

We use the information you submit to respond to your inquiry, set up and deliver your website and any add-on services, process payments, send you order confirmations and service-related emails, and keep records of your agreement with us. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.

Who We Share Information With

We share information only with the service providers we need to run the business, and only to the extent needed for them to do their job:

  • Stripe processes payments and manages subscriptions and billing. Stripe receives the information you enter at checkout.
  • Cloudflare hosts this website and processes requests to it.
  • Resend delivers the emails we send you, such as order confirmations and replies to your messages.
  • Google Workspace hosts our business email, where messages you send us are received and stored.

We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights. Each provider handles information under its own privacy policy.

Security

This site is served over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection. Payments are handled by Stripe, which is certified to the highest level of the Payment Card Industry standard (PCI DSS Level 1), so card details never pass through our servers. We limit access to the information we collect to the people who need it to serve you, and we protect our accounts with the security features our providers offer. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Cookies & Tracking

This website does not use third-party analytics or advertising tools. Stripe’s payment page may use cookies of its own to process your payment securely and prevent fraud, under Stripe’s policies. If we add analytics or advertising tools in the future, this policy will be updated.

Data Retention

We keep contact form submissions for as long as needed to respond to your inquiry and for our own recordkeeping. We keep information about customers and their orders for as long as we provide services and afterward as needed for accounting, tax, and legal purposes.

Your Choices

If you have questions about this policy, or would like information you’ve submitted to be accessed, corrected, or removed, please reach out using the contact form.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
